Now just think if the astronauts had flipped one wrong switch things could have gone wrong on any one of the 137 space flights. And the only two that had any major problems it was the machine that failed not the operator. So next time you sit at a computer and the spell check squiggle highlights all over the place just be thankful you’re not flying a shuttle.
