		<description>Its a really sad development Jay, I don&#039;t think earthlink was ever totally committed to making it work. The seemed very hesitant about the whole thing. I guess they were waiting for a windfall profit when the landslide of residents signed up. 

And for some reason people seemed very surprised that comcast and verizon aren&#039;t jumping on board... 
Well why would they this was a competition to their service, Comcast is already taxing their network and verizon has horrible coverage on the last mile. Verizon is betting heavy on Fios and Comcast can&#039;t seem to walk right with the head in the sand.</description>
