		<description>One more thing.  You can certainly still use a scale to measure your green beans.  The pour-until-dance method is just a way to get around it.  The scale method is good if you keep records and roasting notes.</description>

		<description>One more roasting tip or you --&gt;  Since it is summer in Philly, try and roast in the cooler part of the day or a day with a nice breeze.  It will extend the roast and the flavor will be better.  On a hot day with low air movement, the Poppery does roast too fast for my palette.</description>
