Great find. The best coffee brewer for reviewing to me is the Eva Solo. Some bright fruity coffees do not shine in a french press. As for your lactose issues, you may be able to handle fermented items such as yogurt, kefir or some cheeses. Another trick is to limit lactose products to once every 4 or 5 days.
