I originaly got one because it just looks cool and the ability to customize was a bonus. I also love the fact it’s so easy to clean. The fact that it’s doesn’t insulate as well as most like is what i love most. I like to be able to drink my coffee without having to wait too long for it to cool. As soon as it’s in the 160-140 degree F range, it’s perfect for consumption. At least for me.

I totally agree with you about how the lack of insulation isn’t favorable so you idea about a cover for it may be just what these need to take off here in the US.
