To say its been a tough weekend would be an understatement. Our family suffered a loss, my grandmother passed this Saturday. Despite the fact that we knew this wasn't far off, it doesn't hurt any less. As our family deals with this I only ask you to hug those close to you just a little bit tighter. Loss is never an easy thing to share, nor explain. While I dedicate this episode to my Nana's memory, i can't help but feel that its a small tribute. I struggled thinking about whether it was appropriate to do something like this but basically came to the conclusion that the only way to honor those no longer here is to keep doing what you do, but trying to do it just a little bit better.

Sadness aside, throwing myself into the content I've amassed a very eclectic pile of things to cover for today's show.
