Anybody who has seen Tron, knows the best thing about the movie, other than the graphics, is the “Light Cycle.” Owning a bike that looks that good would cost you a pretty penny, $55,000 to be exact. You would find the gasoline powered “Light cycle” over at Hammacher Shlemmer.

The Tron bike was presented last year, after the release of “Tron: Legacy”. The creation of a real life Light Cycle came from Parker Brothers Custom Chopper. And yes, they are street-legal. The next challenge, is to make an Eco-friendly “Light Cycle.”

Challenge completed. Parker Brothers has accomplished making an electric “Light Cycle”, which coincides with the movie design, better than the gasoline powered bike. Powered by lithium batteries and a 96-volt electric motor, this beautiful creation is able to get a top speed of 100 mph. It is not street-legal at this point in time, but Parker Brothers are doing what they can to achieve that status. They warn you that it will not be able to be used for heavy duty purposes.

Now this is a neat design. If the Justice League were to be around during the western days, I think names like Billy the Kid and Jesse James, would have no meaning. An artist, by the name of Ten Bandits, has designed the founders of the Justice League of Americas, as if they were in the Wild West. Most impressive. Personally, I think Bryce “Black Bat” Wayne and Juan Juarez “The Mexican Manhunter” are the best looking ones.

One of the biggest focuses in coffee and marketing anymore seems to be in the realm of cozy replacement. On one hand the existing simple cardboard sleeves work  moderately well. The problem is they are just as disposable as the cups they protect, the idea that most people look to is that to change the cup or eliminate the waste of the extra cardboard.

This is a neat concept. there is a heat reactive coating on the paper cup thats blows up to create a barrier as the hot liquid fills the cup. So it looks like a sticker attached to the outside and the compound is biodegradable. be sure to check out the video after the jump, not only is the compound a bit freaky to watch but it also looks pretty fun too. Be sure to watch till the end, most of the awesome happens then.

The body knows its limits and very recently my own body took control and pushed me into sleep rather than productivity. The result is an episode which had a bit longer on the vine, a bit more time to ripen. Its spicy, its a bit sweeter and we hope its worth the wait. Enjoy
