Huge thanks to my co-host from the last episode, it turns out that was one of the better received episodes I’ve had in quite a while. Today;s show is jam packed with great stuff from front to back. First off happy Mother’s Day to everyone out there responsible for bringing life into this world. Today’s show is special because i shared it with my mother. We set up a time and sat down and recorded the whole thing this past week. If you listen closely you can also hear a the background noise that is my son playing in the studio.

I’ve never had a co-host on the show before so this was a learning experiance. The mobile lair for the caffination needs a little tweaking before the sound quality is as good as the episodes produced regularly but I look forward to trying more on the spot recordings. I’d like to thank my mom for taking time out to spend discussing geeky things and trying to embarrass me.

I hope everyone is having a great season so far, the hectic days are starting to catch up with our household here. The CaffiNation Lair has lain dark and mostly unoccupied as we visit the four corners of the city. Things are beginning to calm down once more but there is always the next big challenge on the horizon. A show in honor of Legos. I love the idea behind the lego concept. Make anything out of small simple parts. The mindstorms are a boon for inventors everywhere but it doesn’t end there. These iconic childs toys are loved by people everywhere young and old. I have been inundated with lego stories lately so i decided to dedicate as much of a show as i could to the topic. I was stunned by the response and believe me the stories won’t stop here. There is enough other content on both sides of the coin to keep the show fresh.
