This isn’t what I thought it would be. When you say wireless I think, lacking wires. not lacking a tether between the probe and the LCD. I like having a Grilling thermometer handy when it comes to doing roasts ect, but this just seems to be more fo the same.

Yes the wire can handle 700+ degrees but how does it handle being pinched in a grill lid? Geeky yes, winning? no
